Stem Subscriptions include a bucket of loose stems and a packet of flower food. Each bucket holds enough flowers and foliage for the recipient to make multiple small arrangements.

The Bouquet Subscription Service includes a custom vase arrangement for each delivery.

For all subscriptions the initial delivery includes a care card with instructions for the longest vase life of your flowers.

Flower deliveries are made every other week, typically on Saturday and Sunday between 6 and 8 p.m.

The final dates and times will be confirmed prior to each delivery. The tentative delivery schedule for 2024;

Pickup will be available at locations in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. These details shared with subscribers in January 2024, or at time of purchase, along with the time of the pickup window.

We strive to accommodate any requested changes to the delivery schedule, but kindly ask that you reach out as soon as possible. If, for any reason, the delivery date cannot be rescheduled (a right reserved), you have the option to gift your delivery to a friend within a 15-mile radius of our business.

Regrettably, pickup dates and times are set within a firm window. We deeply value and respect the businesses that allocate space for our subscribers.

Unclaimed flowers will be donated. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Pertinent information about subscriptions is communicated via email.

Subscribers are responsible for;

• picking up flowers at designated place and time

• reporting issues within 24 hours

• requesting delivery changes as soon as possible

We promise to provide our subscribers with:

• fresh cut, quality flowers

• timely deliveries and pickups

• timely customer service, should problems arise

It's important to note that flower farming involves various weather-related risks. While we make every effort to plan our crops for adequate harvest quantities and qualities, unforseen weather related or harvest qualities are always a possibility.

To ensure every delivery meets our standards, we reserve the right to make incorporate flowers grown by other local farms or our local wholesaler. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
